Free service is not applicable for any of reasons below :
- For breakages or damages to freezer, doors, Compressor , Body , Vegetable glass tray & lid , bottle guard holder.
- Damages to any accessories external to the product.
- Product is not used according to the instructions given.
- Damages to the wiring or body parts by rats / rodents at customer premises.
- Defects caused by improper usage as determined by the company personnel.
- Modification or alteration of any nature made in the electrical circuitry or physical construction of the set
- Attempt to alter/replace any component without approval or unauthorised technicians.
- Site (where the premises is kept) conditions does not confirm to the recommended operating conditions of the machine
- Serial number or identification stickers is removed, altered or obliterated from the machine.
- Decision of company authorised personel on repair fee shall be final and binding on customer.
- Notice period for returns: 7 days
- Customer needs to be available on site at the time of delivery and return of product.
- We do not guarantee new products to any customer.
- The appliance will generally be 2 - 3 years old, neat and clean and covered under our warranty terms till the time of return.
- If you require keys, please make a specific request with the transport team before hand.
- The make, model and color of product is subject to availability and at sole discretion of Letusrent
- Direct Cool technology requires manual defrosting of freezer once every 3 months.
- Stand & Cover are NOT part of standard order.
- Repairs due to damages to freezer is very expensive ( approx Rs.2700).
- Do NOT scratch or poke the freezer with any sharp object.
- Please defrost the fridge once every 3 months.
- For your safety and hygiene, please clean the appliance regularly.
- The appliance needs to be returned in clean and good working condition.
- Appliances should be kept indoors under shady and dry area.
- Appliance should not be exposed to direct sunlight.
- Cleaning fee of Rs.200 shall be imposed if the appliance is not clean at the time of return.
- Do not move the product elsewhere without seeking approval from LetUsRent
