Requests for replacements shall be entertained only on recommendations of company authorized technician. Inlet/outlet pipes are consumables.Customer will have to pay for replacement of inlet/outlet pipes due to wear & tear.
Free service is not applicable for any of reasons below :
- Breakages or damages to the lid, doors, Body or panel or electric short circuit.
- Outlet pipe is NOT kept at a higher level than the drain.
- Damages to any accessories external to the product.
- Product is not used according to the instructions given.
- Drain clogg or recovery of safety pins, kerchiefs, coins,clothes or small objects due to non-usage of spin cap.
- Damages to the wiring or body parts by rats / rodents at customer premises.
- Defects caused by improper usage as determined by the company personnel.
- Modification or alteration of any nature made in the electrical circuitry or physical construction of the set.
- Control panel knobs are lost, timer is broken or rotated in anti-clockwise direction
- Attempt to alter/replace any component without approval or unauthorised technicians.
- Site (where the premises is kept) conditions does not confirm to the recommended operating conditions of the machine
- Serial number or identification stickers is removed, altered or obliterated from the machine.
- Decision of company authorised personel on repair fee shall be final and binding on customer.
- Not following recommendations of company authorized technician.
- Product is used for commercial purposes without knowledge/approval of company.
- Notice period for returns: 7 days
- Customer needs to be available on site at the time of delivery and return of product.
- We do not guarantee new products.
- The appliance will generally be 2 - 3 years old, neat and clean and covered under our warranty terms till the time of return.
- Installation will be done by the transport personnel at time of delivery free of cost.
- Make, model and color of product is subject to availability and at sole discretion of Letusrent
- To avoid electric shock or short circuit, operate the appliance from a dry place.
- Do not allow water to enter the undercarriage of appliance or the electronic panel board.
- A tap with free flowing water is a pre-requisite for installation. Please engage a plumber to install tap before delivery of appliance
- The appliance needs to be returned in clean and good working condition.
- For better wash quality, soak the clothes in a tub with liquid detergents for 30 mins before transferring to wash tub
- Scrub collar and cufflinks separately prior to transferring clothes to wash tub.
- We will levy a heavy fine if we detect usage of washing powder or soaps

- Use liquid detergents only. Washing powder and soaps is strictly prohibited.
- The appliance and the outlet pipe should be kept at a higher plane (sloping\slanted) than the drain.Else drain may get blocked.
- Maximum dry weight of clothes before you soak into water should be 6 Kg
- Split clothes beyond 6 Kg in a separate wash cycle. Excess load will damage the motor
- Empty pockets and remove coins / small objects like coins, hairpins, key chains, before using the machine.
- Do NOT wash inner ware, briefs, lingerie, kerchiefs or small cloth materials in washing machine.Handwash them
- Spread out clothes evenly across the wash / spin. This will prevent the drum titling in one direction when running.
- For your safety and hygiene, please clean the appliance regularly after use.
- Do not expose the product to direct sunlight. Appliances should be kept indoors under shady and dry area.
- Cleaning fee of ? 200 shall be imposed if the appliance is not clean at the time of return.
- Do not move the product elsewhere without seeking approval from LetUsRent
- If your water source is salty, we recommend you to use Scalegon anti-scale powder once a month to remove scales.
- Ensure that outlet pipe is kept at a higher level than the drain.Else drain may get blocked.
- Operate Control panel with dry hands only.
- After wash, keeping the lids open will ensure the drums are dry and moisture free and prevent damp smell.
